For lifestyle shoots, we bring props, styling surfaces, and backgrounds. For model shoots, we coordinate professional models familiar with ecommerce posing requirements. Every shoot uses the same calibrated setup across all products to ensure catalog-wide consistency.

Our setup adapts to your product. For small items (jewelry, electronics accessories), we use macro lenses and tabletop light tents. For medium products (apparel, home goods), we use standard studio setups with 9-foot seamless backdrops. For large products (furniture, fitness equipment, large machinery), we set up in a dedicated area of the factory floor with portable backdrops and studio lighting arrays. We've photographed everything from 1-inch USB cables to 8-foot industrial shelving units. You tell us the dimensions, and we'll confirm the setup works before the shoot date.

Standard white background and flat lay: 48 hours from shoot to delivery. Lifestyle photography: 72 hours. On-model photography: 72 hours. 360° spin photography: 72–96 hours depending on frame count. Amazon A+ Content packages: 72–96 hours (includes all module types). Rush service is available for an additional fee — white background shots can be delivered in 24 hours. All times are from shoot completion (not including shoot day) and assume standard image quantities (1–5 images per SKU).

By default, we deliver professionally edited images in JPEG and WebP formats at full resolution and web-optimized sizes. We also include transparent-background PNG versions for white background shots — perfect for graphic design and compositing. Raw files (CR2/NEF/ARW) are available upon request for an additional fee. Most clients find our edited files complete for all ecommerce and marketing needs, but we're happy to provide raws if your creative team prefers to handle post-production in-house.

Yes. Send us examples of your current product images or reference images from other brands you admire, and we'll match the lighting style, composition, angles, and post-processing look. We document your brand's visual guidelines — preferred angles (front, 45°, back, detail), lighting ratio (high-key vs. dramatic), shadow characteristics (hard or soft), background treatment, and color profile. This ensures new factory-shot images blend seamlessly with your existing catalog. For new brands without established imagery, we'll recommend styles based on your product category and target platform best practices.

We work with professional modeling agencies in Shenzhen and Guangzhou to provide models that match your brand's demographic. You specify gender, age range, look, and any specific requirements (e.g., fitness models for activewear, hand models for jewelry). We'll send you model portfolios before the shoot for your approval. Models are experienced in ecommerce product showcasing — they know how to pose to highlight product details, fit, and features. Model costs are included in your quote and are significantly lower than US/EU model rates due to local market pricing.

For Amazon and marketplace selling, we recommend minimum 7 images per SKU: main image (pure white, product only), 2–3 alternate angles, 1–2 detail/feature shots, 1 lifestyle/context shot, and 1 size/scale comparison. For DTC brand websites: minimum 5–8 images per SKU with a higher ratio of lifestyle imagery. For social media: 3–5 images per SKU in vertical/square formats optimized for Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok Shop. We'll provide a recommended shot list based on your specific products and selling platforms during the planning phase.
