All editors, contributors, and sourcing agents must disclose:

• Any personal or familial ownership in manufacturing facilities located in Southeast Asia or Mainland China.
• Any equity in freight forwarding or 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) companies.
• Referral agreements: We explicitly state whether a link to a service provider is a neutral recommendation or a commercial partnership.

In the sourcing niche, "Golden Samples" are often provided by factories to garner positive coverage.

• Review Samples: Any product samples sent for "Sourcing Reviews" are treated as temporary specimens. They are subjected to destructive testing (if applicable) to verify build quality or returned to the manufacturer.
• Factory Visit Transparency: If a factory or trade fair (e.g., Canton Fair) provides travel accommodations for an editorial team, this must be disclosed at the top of the resulting coverage. We do not accept "paid-for" factory tours designed to hide production line deficiencies.

• Anti-Pressure Policy: We do not suppress negative reports regarding supplier scams or shipping delays in exchange for advertising spend from those entities.
• Neutral Advocacy: Our primary loyalty is to the Buyer. If a major logistics provider increases surcharges or a manufacturing hub faces labor unrest, we report the operational impact truthfully, regardless of our professional relationships with those regions.
